To streamline IT support requests and improve response efficiency, starting February 15, 2025, we will no longer accept IT support tickets via email.
Going forward, all IT issues must be submitted through the IT Support Portal:

? Login using your SSO credentials

The new IT Support Portal offers multiple functionalities, including a self-service option that allows you to resolve many common issues without waiting for IT assistance.
We encourage everyone to explore the portal and utilize the available resources before submitting a ticket.

This change ensures that all requests are properly tracked and assigned without delays.
Please update your processes accordingly and direct any questions to the IT department before the transition date.
